Pumpkin & Sausage Pizza

Preheat oven to 200°c, with tray/stone inside
Heat dash of oil in a pan on medium-high heat
Toss in chopped sausages, cook until browned and crispy
Set aside & add diced pumpkin, thyme/rosemary, salt, pepper to the pan
Cook until browned and just soft
Spread pizza sauce onto pizza base
Top with grated cheese, sausage, & pumpkin
Bake until crispy on edges
Finish with extra chopped herbs
