Flour (Wheat), Filtered Water, Cauliflower (14.4%), Wholemeal Flour, Semolina (2.2%), Olive Oil (1.3%), Wheat Protein, Iodised Salt, Grape Juice, Rice Syrup, Carrot Fibre, Raising Agent (Bicarbonate of Soda), Yeast.
Contains: Gluten & Wheat. Made in a bakery that also produces products containing milk, soy, nuts and sesame seeds.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, seal tightly and store in freezer for up to 3 months.

Cooking Instructions

1. Spread pizza sauce over the base and lightly sprinkle with your favourite toppings
2. Cook with one of the methods below or until nice and crispy
– Bake at 220°C for 6-8 min
– Stone bake for 2-3 min
– BBQ on a hot plate
