Caprese Pizza
Ingredients
Turkish Bread Pizza Base
Pizza sauce
Tomato, sliced
Mozzarella ball, sliced
Olive oil
Basil
Method
Preheat oven to 200°c, with tray/stone inside
Spread pizza sauce over base
Alternating, add the tomato & mozzarella in a circular
direction until reaching the centre
Bake until crispy on edges
Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, and fresh basil
