Sriracha Onion, Mushroom, & Pepperoni Pizza

Preheat oven to 200°c, with tray/stone inside
Heat dash of oil in a pan on medium-high heat
Toss in garlic, onion, salt, pepper, sriracha sauce
& sauté until soft, set aside
In the same pan sauté oil, salt, pepper, mushrooms,
& generous dash of soy sauce until soft
Spread pizza sauce onto pizza base, followed by
onions, grated cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms,
and an extra sprinkling of cheese
Bake until crispy on edges
Finish with a swirl of sriracha mayo
