Potato & Herb Pizza
Ingredients
Turkish Bread Pizza Base
1 large potato, sliced
Olive oil
Dried oregano
Salt, pepper
Tomato paste
Cheese, grated
Fresh thyme, rosemary, oregano
Feta
Method
Preheat oven to 200Β°c, with tray/stone inside
Slice potato, rub with oil, dried oregano, salt, pepper
Bake (or air fry) until just crispy
Spread tomato paste over pizza base
Sprinkle with cheese, top with potato, fresh chopped herbs, & feta
Bake until crispy on edges
Garnish with extra fresh herbs
