Smoked Salmon Pizza

Ingredients

Turkish Bread Pizza Base
Tomato Paste
Cheese
Smoked salmon, sliced
Capers
Cream cheese
Basil, chopped


Method

Preheat oven to 190°C, with tray/stone inside
Spread tomato paste over pizza base
Sprinkle with cheese
Top with with smoked salmon, capers, and a little extra cheese
Bake until crispy on edges, adding cream cheese one minute before finished
Garnish with fresh basil
