Leftover Butter Chicken Pizza

Turkish Bread Pizza Bases
Tandoori hummus (recipe below)
Leftover butter chicken
Baby spinach
Mainland reduced fat feta

Tandoori hummus:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1cl garlic
3t lemon juice
2t tandoori paste
2T yoghurt
½t cumin

Blend the tandoori hummus ingredients well in small food processor. Spread over the base then add the rest of the toppings. Bake until crispy on the edges then drizzle with plain yoghurt or yoghurt riata. Yum!
