Fruity Cheesecake Pizza

A healthy delicious pizza by Weight Watchers coach Nikki!

1 Super Thin Turkish Bread Pizza Base
95g Kraft Philadelphia extra light cream cheese
½c Cyclops 1% yoghurt
1T Jell-O sugar-free cheesecake flavour
1t lemon zest
1T lemon juice
Lots of fruit


Cook pizza base in a hot oven for 3-5 minutes. Remove and cool.
Beat together the cream cheese, yoghurt, Jell-O powder, lemon zest and juice. Chill. Spread onto cooled pizza base. Arrange fruit on top.
