Mexican Brunch Burrito

Turkish Bread Wraps (Spinach or Wholemeal)
Refried beans
Baby spinach
Ham, grilled and chopped
Roasted capsicum
Scrambled eggs with chilli flakes
Coriander leaves

Serve with:

Add the ingredients (except the avocado and salsa) to the wraps. Fold them up like a little parcel and place it in a grill machine or sandwich press until toasted.
Serve with avocado and salsa.
